If you are between 18 to 24 years old, your English is good, you want to make changes in the community and have a passion for Africa or work on Africa related-issues then participate in our competition! The winner will take part in the Global Changemakers’ Euro-Africa Youth Summit in Brussels on 24-30 June 2012.
University of London Scholarships in Human Rights 2012-2013
The scholarships aim to provide opportunities for independent postgraduate study in the United Kingdom for students who are engaged in or intending to pursue postgraduate work in their own country and who have demonstrated both academic excellence and the potential to become leaders, decision-makers and opinion formers in their own country. Subject to satisfactory progress, the scholarships lead to the award of a Master of Arts in Understanding and Securing Human Rights.

Open Society Foundations/University of Warwick Scholarships 2011-2012
The scholarships, which are offered for a period of twelve months, are to enable scholars to pursue a taught postgraduate course at the University of Warwick. Each scholarship provides twelve months’ tuition fees at the University of Warwick, a stipend to cover living costs (for one person only) and return air travel from the scholar’s home country. On completion of the scholarship, scholars will return to their home countries.

The OSI/University of Essex Chevening Scholarships in Human Rights is a scholarship programme which will enable suitably qualified students from selected countries, including Kazakhstan, to pursue taught postgraduate programmes within the Human Rights Centre at the University of Essex. Open Society Foundations/ University of Cambridge Scholarships 2011-12
The Open Society Foundation-London, the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust and the Cambridge Overseas Trust invite applications for the above scholarships at the University of Cambridge for the academic year 2011-12. Applicants will normally be both nationals of and resident in Kazakhstan (or Kyrgyzstan, Russia (Nizhny Novgorod, Irkutsk, Samara, Vladivostok, Tomsk, Kazan and Magadan), Ukraine.
