Дорогие друзья!

Уверен. что у вас возникли вопросы при заполнении анкеты программы магистратуры Кембриджского университета. Ниже вы можете ознакомиться с пояснениями к анкете.

Напоминаю, что последний срок подачи анкеты - 19 ноября 2010г.

Анкеты можно выслать экспресс-почтой (!) на адрес нашего центра в Алматы. Жители г. Караганды могут сдать свои анкеты лично в Карагандинский Центр.

Пожалуйста, не высылайте свои анкеты на адреса наших центров в Караганде и Шымкенте!

1. Applicants should tick I wish to be considered for funding from the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust, Cambridge Overseas Trust, the Gates Cambridge Scholarship on page 5 of GRADSAF. They can also add in handwriting Open Society Foundations/University of Cambridge scholarships.

 Most importantly, they should mention our scholarship in their statement in section B (6).

2. Applicants must fill out sections A(12), A(14) and A(15). Section A(13) only concerns part time applicants, so applicants applying for our scholarship does not have to fill out this part.  

For section B(1) scholars can use the document from this linkhttp://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/offices/gradstud/fees/costs/coursecost/costs2011.pdf . In regards to funding details (B2), I would advise scholars to mention that they applied for Open Society Foundations/University of Cambridge scholarship (in the columnDetails) and indicate that it is a full scholarship which covers tuition fees and living expenses (in the column £ per year).

B(3) could be filled out as follows:

Awarding body Open Society Foundation-London, Cambridge Trusts

Date of decision May/June 2011

Tenure (years) 1 year

Annual Value £ Full cost scholarship

Applicants do not have to fill out sections B(4) and B(5) as this concerns Gates scholarship applicants.

3. In regards to LL.M please kindly note that we would only support scholars who express interest in non-commercial law. This should be reflected in their application statement as well as at the interview.

Scholars applying for MPhil in Education definitely need to indicate on their GRADSAF which route they are interested in and why. The best place to do this is Section A(12).
