Central European University (CEU) is an English-language graduate university located in Budapest, Hungary offering degree programs accredited in the US and Hungary. An international university with students from over 100 countries and faculty from more than 40, CEU offers small, seminar-style courses and a student faculty ratio of 7:1.

Financial Aid and Scholarships
More than 80% of the students at CEU receive financial aid, and Master’s degree students are eligible to apply for a wide range of financial aid packages, ranging from partial tuition scholarships up to full tuition and a stipend for living expenses. Doctoral Fellowships support studies for up to three years include tuition, health insurance, and a monthly stipend. US citizens are eligible to apply for US Federal Direct Student Loans. Additionally, CEU students may also apply for travel and research grants

Career Paths
CEU provides students with qualifications and skills for successful careers with international organizations,governments, NGOs, global businesses, and other public and private sector institutions. CEU alumni include ambassadors, national and EU parlamentarians, UN officers, international affairs experts, economists, policymakers, business leaders, reseachers and academics. They can be found in the UN, OSCE and the World Bank, ministries of foreign affairs or in academic and research positions at Oxford, Harvard, the European University Institute Florence and other distinguished institutions.
