Job Description

In this role you will learn how to perform installation,
maintenance, and repair on customer equipment working primarily on
the customers’ site.

• You will need to determine site and equipment requirements and
  outline interdependencies. By ensuring you understand the customer
  goals you will identify consequences of various services
  solutions.
• You will develop project plans, installation plans, and
  escalation plans.
• You are responsible to Configure system hardware, software and
  network components and assemble and integrate system/product, and
  verify system/product operation requirements.
• You will learn how to use proactive monitoring procedures to
  identify problem prevention opportunities. In addition you will
  conduct customer presentations; organize and present information to
  convey major points clearly and persuasively.
• You will be responsible to maintain a high level of customer
  satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they
  are met and will handle escalation of issues according to an
  established procedure.
• You'll be involved with multi-vendor systems including
  hardware, software, networking products and operating systems.
• You’ll deliver on-site hardware support service to large
  enterprise and commercial customers.

Your profile

• 2007-2008 Graduate/ degree in a technical or scientific
  discipline or combination of education and relevant
  experience.
• Sound Linux/UNIX knowledge and computing support background
  will be an advantage.
• System administrations experience will be an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer and communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation and focus on meeting customer's
  needs.
• Excited about technology and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work in a field-service job.
• Team player: ability and willingness to work with various teams
  in the support area.
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written skills).
