The MAA will:
• Provide, within the limits of area of authority, management for all activities of the SPCE Tekeli campus;
• Actively develop new directions and educational programmes. Promote and market SPCE as a flexible and innovative provider of educational services
• Coordinate activities of all SPCE units to ensure adequate quality of educational services.
• Manage Campus activities based on sound planning of financial, labor and other resources and assets.
• Promote SPCE and foster relations with local communities, regional and national governments, international organizations.
• Ensure timely reporting to CAO and authorities.
• Foster warm and friendly environment within the campus and management team to ensure timely resolution of any problems encountered.
• Cooperate with partner organizations as necessary for development of the University.
• Travel as needed throughout the region and internationally to fulfil the responsibilities of this position
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
• Education – Master’s or Candidate of Sciences.
• Managerial experience in a university/other educational institution or public/private/international/non-governmental organization in relevant field.
• Kazakh citizenship or Kazakh permanent resident status is required
• Knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages is required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite, internet and emailware

Campus Head
The Head will:
• Manage and control academic and methodical work of your campus in the areas of professional and continuing education, vocational education and short-cycle courses for local communities.
• Oversee implementation and improvement of quality assurance system in the area of academic activities.
• Identify and respond to educational needs of the region. Foster creative environment among campus faculty to encourage development of new SPCE activities.
• Coordinate and control of instructors’ activities. Ensure compliance with the pre-approved SPCE Academic Schedule.
• Approve schedule of classes and exams for all SPCE Programmes.
• Coordinate all aspects of academic activites as related to licensing, certification and accreditation of SPCE’s educational products.
• Ensure compliance of SPCE’s academic activities with applicable legislation, in particular legislation related to SPCE’s contracts with students.
• Ensure timely reporting on academic affairs and submits documents required by CAO to issue academic credentials to SPCE students
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
• Education – Masters’ degree or equivalent.
• Three to five years of work experience in academic area
• Knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages is required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs, Internet and E-mail.
